1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bmy.00 website at bmy00.club, creating a player account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the bmy.00 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bmy.00 platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the bmy.00 platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the website for any purpose. These Terms are effective as of the date of your first use of the bmy.00 platform and remain in effect until your account is closed or these Terms are superseded by an updated version.

bmy.00 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

2Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the bmy.00 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bmy.00 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bmy.00 or any of its affiliated entities.

bmy.00 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance held therein, subject to applicable law.

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming features on bmy.00, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active bmy.00 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. bmy.00 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bmy.00 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bmy.00 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify bmy.00 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

bmy.00 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bmy.00 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bmy.00 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Verified withdrawals are processed promptly to your registered GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine bank account. bmy.00 does not charge withdrawal fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are displayed in your account dashboard.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on bmy.00 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). bmy.00 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or any other non-PHP denomination.

5Bonuses and Promotions

bmy.00 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonuses that are not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from your account.
• bmy.00 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting promotional terms — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• bmy.00 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any player for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bmy.00 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one bmy.00 account.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the bmy.00 platform, its games, or its systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to facilitate the transfer of illegally obtained funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bmy.00 staff, support agents, or other players.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the bmy.00 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of bmy.00 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bmy.00 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bmy.00 platform without the prior written consent of bmy.00.

Any unauthorized use of bmy.00's intellectual property may result in legal action. The bmy.00 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of bmy.00 and may not be used without express written permission.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bmy.00 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

bmy.00 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

In no event shall bmy.00's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bmy.00 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9Responsible Gaming

bmy.00 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your bmy.00 account.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold over a specified period. Once reached, your access to real-money games will be paused until the period resets.

10Termination and Account Closure

You may close your bmy.00 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

bmy.00 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, bmy.00 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.

11Amendments to These Terms

bmy.00 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the bmy.00 website. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bmy.00 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and bmy.00, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit bmy.00's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
